Collection and use of personal data
Browsing the Site is anonymous, and no information is collected that would allow your personal identification such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address (hereinafter: personal data). ALU-KON d.o.o. undertakes not to use your personal data for commercial purposes without first obtaining your consent. For the purpose of collecting data, and related to website traffic statistics, information related to them is automatically collected, which may include your IP address, browser type, domain name, access time, website address from which the Site was accessed, and other data which is commonly collected for the purpose of website statistics. ALU-KON d.o.o. may use the collected data for the purpose of providing a more efficient customer service, easier use of the Site by eliminating the need to frequently enter the same data or to adapt the Site to your personal preferences and interests.
Security of personal data
ALU-KON d.o.o. does not sell, rent or lease your personal data to third parties and protects your personal data from unauthorized access. Data on computer servers is stored in a controlled, secure environment. Recipients of your personal data are exclusively authorized persons who, due to their roles, are permitted to access your personal data. ALU-KON d.o.o. will share your personal information with reliable business partners which ALU-KON d.o.o. addresses to process your request. They have a contractual obligation to respect the confidentiality and security of the information they receive and may use it only for the purposes of the task entrusted to them.
What are cookies?

At your request, we will update, modify or delete your personal data if the data is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and if their processing does not comply with legal provisions.
